Heath Ledger and the Slumdog Millionaire

Tonight Heath Ledger won an Oscar for his role as the Joker in The Dark Knight.

A Little known fact is that Heath is the second performer to win a posthumous Oscar. The first was Peter Finch in 1977.

I got to watch Slumdog Millionaire the night before the Academy Awards and I was very surprised to find such a good movie with such a great Bollywood feel. If you didn't get to catch the Academy Awards tonight, I'll let you know that Slumdog Millionaire won eight Oscars including best picture and best director. That came to no surprise for me after watching the film, I felt as if many others around the world were enchanted by its rags-to-riches tale of the 18-year old slumdog.
